If you are submitting a form about your tracking number not being updated. If your order # is bewteen #1278 - #1295 We have shipped your order out last Friday. The issue was in my area we experienced a snow storm and since I ship out orders from my schools mailroom. The mailroom was closed during Monday and Tuesday which caused a delay in your order.
